TUTTOFOOD: thoughts turn to 2017. And it has already happened

TUTTOFOOD 2017:  a year and a half from the next edition, the many big industry names, the main Italian production regions, as well as important agrifood associations, as well as international companies and collectives are confirmed.

To date, in fact, more than a third of the exhibition area occupied in 2015 has already been booked, a situation identical to that achieved at the same date of the last edition.

The initial feedback of this 2016 – underlines Corrado Peraboni, Managing Director of Fiera Milano – confirms that TUTTOFOOD has been able to fully exploit the impetus of EXPO in a longer-term perspective. The new resources coming from the capital increase allow us to further strengthen activities aimed at increasing the internationalisation of our business, exploiting the Made in Italy appeal.

Our portfolio – concluded Peraboni – includes leading events in sectors in which Italy is the worldwide benchmark. The growing internationalisation is for us an essential step to also contribute in the coming decades to the further development of the exhibition system and the economy as a whole”.

The 2017 edition

The adhesion of companies in the TUTTOFOOD project is also related to the many innovations of the 2017 edition, which will see the inclusion of two new product sectors, with the development of the presence in the fruit and vegetable sector, started in 2015 with the first edition of Fruit Innovation, and which will complete the event with the industry’s products; and with the other big first, TUTTOHEALTH / Nutrition Space. Thanks to the agreement signed between Fiera Milano and Akesios, a company specializing in the organization of medical-scientific conferences and congresses, TUTTOFOOD 2017 will in fact be expanded, in addition to a dedicated exhibition area, with a conference programme that will constitute an opportunity for knowledge and sharing, involving new players, such as doctors, nutritionists, dietitians, wellness operators, personal trainers and pharmacists thanks to an agenda of great scientific rigour. A partnership that reinforces the role of TUTTOFOOD as the international nerve centre for the debate on nutrition and health, as well as an irreplaceable business platform.

Within the scope of the traditional sectors, PASTA ITALIA, which stems from the Fiera Milano partnership with AIDEPI, the Association of Italian Confectionery and Pasta Industries, is gathering much consensus.

Also the adhesions of all the other sectors of TUTTOFOOD are growing: from dairy to grocery companies, from the oil sector – with the significant confirmation of Unaprol – to the green economy, from the meat and sausage sector – with the confirmation, thanks to ASSICA, of the main Italian industry players – to the confectionery, thanks again to the partnership with AIDEPI, fish and beverage sectors.

And a new project will ensure the growth of TUTTOFROZEN, the area dedicated to frozen foods, developed together with UNAS, to present a method of food preservation that combines freshness and naturalness with convenience, increasingly demanded by consumer lifestyles

New in the next edition is also the international road show of TUTTOFOOD, organized in collaboration with ITA-Ice, which with several stages will be in and outside Europe in 2016 and 2017.
